PM70-T is HDMI Encoder with USB port of Mouse and keyboard control, HDMI supports 4K resolution, RTSP compatible.
It could be encoder of MS2 Multiple Video Signal Management System, which mainly collect Videos from remote Computer over IP.

the All In One software configures and manage all Encoder & Decoder, to send camera list & PTZ control to Decoder.
Encoder offers Video loop port to ensure the computers’ original configuration, no any software or plug-in to the computers.
The Solution could be multiple Encoder or Decoder, no limit on quantity,every Decoder or Encoder has its IP, their communication is over IP.
